Asharqia Chamber hosts the Symposium of (Future of Real Estate Funds in the Kingdom) on Tuesday, organized in cooperation with Arbah Capital and Sumou Real Estate Co. under the sponsorship of His Excellency the President of the Capital Market Authority Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Altwaijry at 6:45 pm on Tuesday, May 18th, 2010 in the Chamber headquarter in Dammam.
Where a number of specialists and people interested will discuss real estate investment and the feasibility of investing in these funds.
During the first session, MartinCooper, Chris Sophie and Nabil Issa will review some details of (Investment future in the Saudi real estate) the session is headed by Khalid Zain al Abidin, Head of Real Estate investments in Arbah Capital.
Mr.Saad Al Hassosah, CEO of Arbah Capital and Dr. Ibrahim Al-Qahtani CEO of Sumo Real Estates will discuss the role of real estate funds and development during the second session which is headed by Khalid Al Humod,Director of CMA Mutual Funds.
